Romeo Dallaire's story is frighteningly familiar. Dallaire was the Force Commander of UNIMAR, a peacekeeping mission in Rwanda attempting to quell the genocide. A film adaptation of Dallaire's autobiography 'Shake Hands with the Devil' is opening on September 28th. Roy Dupuis plays Romeo Dallaire.
