The families of two missing boys have been re-united. Shawn Hornbeck and Ben Ownby were found in an apartment in suburban St. Louis, where their suspected kidnapper was arrested. Michael Devlin is charged with first-degree kidnapping. Although, the FBI said based on the evidence found in his apartment, federal charges may be next. Devlin's bail was set at $1 million.
