Here's the improved Garuda. Only his Speed got a boost, but it's a pretty big boost. He's also highly resistant to Sleep now, just like Behemoth. Garuda has replaced Kaswoosh with the more powerful Kaswooshle. He still has his incredibly cheap trick from before, and he'll use it under the same conditions as before. Once again, not too difficult, but that's because there's another Wind elemental that I made much harder (considering the harder Wind elemental one of the penultimate bosses, it makes sense.)
