Geert Wilders documentary film "Fitna" is released on the internet and some Muslims respond with threats of violence. The Western media and governments misunderstand the meaning of the word "fitna". In the Qur'an, the word usually means "disbelief", as in not believing in Muhammad or his god, Allah.
