5-16 (CNN) The highest court in sports ruled today that a Paralympic Games champion nicknamed the "Blade Runner" for his high-tech prosthetic limbs may compete in this summer's Olympic Games. 21-year-old South African track star Oscar Pistorius runs on shock-absorbing carbon-fiber prosthetics that resemble bent skis. He lost both legs below the knees when he was a baby.
