This is my maternal grandmother, on vacation with my grandfather, mother and I in Hawaii from July 1988. We stopped on the side of the road where we saw a few strong vines hanging from trees. Each of us took turns doing a Tarzan swing on the vines and dropping safely onto the road on both feet. Mom Mom, however, just dropped. She died in December of 2005, and I went through a few old video clips to put together a short tribute DVD for my mother and uncles. Mom Mom has long threatened to kill me if she ever saw this on America's Funniest Home Videos...but she never said anything about YouTube. Enjoy. Rest in peace: Ethel Mae Tom.
