FCC Open Commission Meeting

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) held an open meeting and ruled 3-2 that Comcast violated open-Internet principles by blocking peer-to-peer traffic on its network. The FCC declared this action unlawful but did not fine the cable company. Comcast faced complaints of tampering with peer-to-peer applications and blocking access to certain services.
