I will judge mainly on the background but added stuff will help. I judge April 10, so message your entries in by then, and I will take a screen shot of them so you don't have to keep them up until April 10, unless you want to.4. I will make a blend or banner of any celebrity for the winner who will be announced April 11 in a new video!
