[reissued] For 16 years, Aviation Week & Space Technology has investigated myriad sightings of a two-stage-to-orbit system that could place a small military spaceplane in orbit. Considerable evidence supports the existence of such a highly classified system, . . . that. . . U. S. intelligence agencies may have quietly mothballed a highly classified two-stage-to-orbit spaceplane system designed in the 1980s for reconnaissance, satellite-insertion and, possibly, weapons delivery. It could be a victim of shrinking federal budgets strained by war costs, or it may not have met performance or operational goals. . . . A large "mothership," closely resembling the U. S. Air Force's historic XB-70 supersonic bomber (note from the editor: now succeeded by the SR-75 Penetrator), carries the orbital component conformally under its fuselage, accelerating to supersonic speeds at high altitude before dropping the spaceplane. The orbiter's engines fire and boost the vehicle into space. If mission requirements dictate, the spaceplane can either reach low Earth orbit or remain suborbital. THE REAL STORY - WELL ONE OF THE REASONS WHY THE BLACKSTAR SYSTEM HAS BEEN MOTHBALLED is because it is no longer needed since other R&D projects have bornesome very ripe fruit ready to be pickedfor operational duty. Introducing the TR3b Astra Space Plane (not my designation. . . it's an aviation folklore designation) using principles firstexplored by Townsend Brown and Nicola Tesla. The basic principle is as follows, take a hollow toroid (a ring-like donut),build it out of light-weight, high-temperature ceramic and line it's interior with metal coils to form a linear induction motor. Remember to cover interior coils in ceramic! Take giant capacitors with ultra fast electrical charge build-up and discharge capabilities and attach said system to sophisticated software that acts as a digital camshift which times the build-up and discharge of the capacitors which attach to and power the linear induction coils. Pressurize said toroid and fill it with a vaporized heavy element such as Gold, Depleted Uranium, or Mercury under enormous amounts of pressure, oh say around 100,000 BAR (1. 5 million PSI) or so and spin it within the toroid using the linear induction coils which are pulsedin sequence to push/pull the heavy elements along the interioror the toroid. Use large magnetic field to keep plasmafrom touching walls of toroid (see Takomak Reactor for explanation) Using very sophisticated software, make the coils induce disturbances to the round-and-round spinning of heavy element plasma accelerated within the large toroid. This disturbance causes individual particles of said heavy element to spin wildly on their own axis much like how our Earth spins on its own axis while still following a circular orbit around the sun. However this individual particle spin is MUCH faster than the overall orbital path within the toroid. . . in fact the individual spin is almost relativistic approaching a significant fraction of light speed. What happens you say? The spinning particles orbiting within the larger toroidbasically block the weak nuclear force from acting upon objects placed within the inner diameter of the toroid. i. e. the donut hole! . . . or. . . in Star Trek speak, the graviton particles can't reach or act upon the objects shielded by the spinning toroid and another phenomenon called Hawking Radiation ensures that other forces (make that waves) get expelled on the axis that the toroid does not cover. (i. e. the axis 90 degrees from the plane of the toroid) This means that the Toroid prevents Gravity from acting upon people, machines, or other goods placed within the donut holeof the toroid. The forces that get expelled from the centre of the donut holevia the Hawking Radiation-like effect along the axis 90 degrees from the toroid plane, repels gravity to an enormous extentand is "Modulated" by software to form a means of propulsion. Remember to shield pilot, crew, etc from Hawking Radiation effect. Thus you get an anti-gravity spaceplane which protects it's occupants against the crushing forces of gravity during massive bursts of acceleration or ridiculous maneuvers such as 90 degree right angle turns or dead stopsfrom 100,000 mph runs. In short you get an American UFO that costs around 4 to 5 Billion dollars to build and is bigger than a football field. So when they say their dumping their secret space plane, don't believe a word of it since like your old car, they dumped the old rust bucket and bought a newer model that's bigger, faster and better!
