Mark has had enough of dieting! He's set up a group called 'fat friends' with other BIG men, but he's convinced that the key to feeling good is not dieting, but changing attitudes. One of the main things he'd like is to have more energy - and with a son who plays football for Derby County's under 11 team he needs it!
