Rafael Nadal's hopes of winning the Montreal Masters were ended by Novak Djokovic under the lights on Saturday as the Serb produced a superb display to win their semi-final 7:5, 6:3. The second-seeded Spaniard had won five of their six previous meetings but third seed Djokovic broke in the 12th game to take the opening set and again in the eighth game of the second to set up a final against world number one Roger Federer.
