Video was taken in Orlando Florida on 4/3/08; between the morning hours of 0700 and 0800. The on and off chemtrail spray action that is in this video is a result of the Department of Energy's, Atmospheric Science Program (ASP). Chemtrails belong to this program just as they belong to the Department of Energy's Atmospheric Radiation Measurement Program (ARM). The first paragraph of the Department of Energy's ASP website at http://www.asp.bnl.gov/ is interesting, it says: "The Department of Energy's Atmospheric Science Program has as its long-term goal developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter. The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change." The DOE's paragraph interpreted means: "We at the Department of Energy are constantly spraying the atmosphere with chemtrails; and we don't give a damn whether you like it or not, because we have our own hidden agenda that we care about only." When you look at the various government websites that talk about the Department of Energy's aerosol program, and when you read between the lines, it becomes obvious that the DOE is responsible for the massive ongoing chemtrail spray program.
