"今天司法院公布大法官第666號解釋文認定，現在的法律只罰娼不罰嫖是違憲違反憲法第七條的平等原則，從2011年開始這項違憲案開始生效，希望這兩年的過渡期，能輔導性工作者重新就業或宣導安全性行為，兩年後再由立法或行政機關訂定法律或行政命令，社運團體樂觀其成，希望未來的立法方向傾向管制地點，而不是管制性行為。 性工作者站上第一線，希望捍衛自己的工作權，但按照目前社會秩序維護法第80條第一項第一款規定，意圖得利與人姦、宿者，處以三日以下拘留或新台幣三萬元以下罰鍰，而且罰娼不罰嫖，現在大法官作出第666號解釋文
