The Orange County Sheriff's Office is meeting with state attorneys to discuss the new evidence. Padilla said Casey Anthony is going back to jail. He said it won't be before Saturday, but sometime before Monday. "It'll be done before Monday. I can guarantee you it'll be done before Monday," Leonard Padilla told Eyewitness News on Thursday afternoon Casey Anthony arrived at her parent's house Thursday afternoon and a Dodge Caravan took her right into the garage. So far, the family has avoided questions about the real possibility Casey is going back to jail. Right on schedule, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla pulled out of the Anthony family driveway and drove Casey Anthony to a planned meeting with her attorney Thursday morning.
