HTV is on the scene in the aftermath of Nicole Richie’s car accident. As ET reported earlier, Richie was rear-ended just before 2 p.m. on Monday in Beverly Hills. Police told ET that she complained of pain following the accident, but decided to see her own doctors for treatment. The driver of the other car was cited for being an unlicensed driver and the other car was towed.
