Local authorities want you to know about a sex offender living in Burleigh County. Jeffrey Creasey has moved to 7012 Snappy Lane in rural Bismarck. 38-year-old Creasy was convicted of having sex with two girls ages 14 and 16. And while on probation for those crimes he was convicted of having sex with a 17-year-old. All three sex crimes happened in Burleigh County. Sex offenders are required by law to report their address to law enforcement.
