Waukesha Police are recommending homicide charges be filed against a man accused of killing a missing mother. Renee Redmer, 28, was reported missing in January. She had two children. A 36-year-old man is in custody for Redmer’s death, along with two others who helped conceal the crime, police said Tuesday Police say Redmer knew the suspect, but declined to comment further on their relationship. Investigators believe two of the suspect's friends helped him destroy the body and discard the remains. The case is being referred to the Fond du Lac County District Attorney's office.
