For the past week or so, I've seen signs up in my neighborhood to meet-up at the elementary school on the next street and assemble for a 4th of July parade at 9:30 AM. So, I figured it would be cool to get some footage. I was walking there just as the... "parade" began, so I didn't get a good chance to set-up. Wow... it's really pathetic. I mean, a police car? Really? It's sad but funny, but kinda more sad than funny.
