Winfred Fernandis, Jr. just got the stitches removed from his lip where police say his neighbor bit him during a scuffle Sunday in their Clinton Township neighborhood. But Fernandis' wounds may be much deeper and not as apparent. His neighbor and alleged attacker admitted to FOX 2 he is HIV positive.
