La Toya Jackson and her mother Katherine are spotted by HTV after "Dancing with the Stars" paid tribute to Michael Jackson. Stepping out of Hollywood eatery Boraan in a beautiful blue dress, La Toya says the "Dancing" tribute was wonderful. Asked about her late brother, she says she "absolutely" agrees that Michael is happier in heaven.
