岩瀬の清水－新潟の名水（新潟県阿賀野市山崎）
新潟県阿賀野市立笹岡小学校（阿賀野市山崎）のグランド脇にある、『岩瀬の清水』の様子です。 『岩瀬の清水』の由来（立看板より） 長寛年間（1163-1164年）、西国の浪人「岩瀬信四郎」が当地に住みつき、この清水を愛飲したことから『岩瀬の清水』と命名されたと伝えられているそうです。 古くは越後三清水の１つに数えられ、江戸時代（宝暦６年・1756年）刊行の「越後名寄」にも記載されているとのこと。 撮影：加持顕（2009年08月）
