Too gruesome to display, the image shows what may be Carradine suspended from a bar in the closet, hands tied above his head. A report indicates that fishnet stockings may have covered the star's body, and he is possibly wearing a dark wig. What appears to be red women's lingerie was also found on the bed near the body. "There's a lot of forethought and planning that goes into an activity like this, and trust me, this was not Mr. Carradine's first rodeo," says Dr. Steven Pitt, a forensic psychiatrist who has worked with Dr. Michael Baden, the pathologist called to perform a second autopsy on the 'Kill Bill' star.
