Astrodome, yearns to fly like a bird, and has a mysterious quality that seduces women. Oblique, non-sequitur film that mixes bird anthropology with homages to Wizard of Oz.. Shot in Houston at the Dome and the much missed Astroworld theme park (demolished in 2005) that gave me cherished childhood memories.The tagline to Robert Altman’s follow-up to M*A*S*H was: "THIS MAY BE OVER YOUR HEAD..." Altman hated the script, tossed it out and made up scenes with the actors during filming. ...
