第17回定期大会を開催し、向こう1年間の運動方針を確定した。おりしも、8月30日投開票の総選挙の結果、民主党が３０８議席の獲得で「政権交代」を成し遂げ、民主・社民・国民新党の3党による連立政権を樹立し鳩山内閣が誕生した。早速の外交では、安保理における首脳会合で「核なき世界」をめざす決議が常任理事国＝核兵器保有国すべてが賛成し採択された。 新政権は、労働者派遣法の改正、最賃平均１，０００円、後期高齢者医療制度廃止、障がい者自立支援法の廃止、等々期待するところが大きい。しかし、法律が良くても職場で闘いが
