El 26 de Julio del 2009 Luis tiene una emergencia Médica: su mamá tiene un colapso de salud y Luis decide pedir una ambulancia al 066 de Guadalajara, similar al 911 de USA. La operadora de nombre EVA GUADALUPE RODRIGUEZ GARCÍA retrasó criminalmente el servicio, con una atitud insensible y criminal, teneiendo un desenlace mortal. la ambulancia llegó 45 minutos después!!!!
