CNN Internatl: New Bobby Kennedy assassination evidence!
CNN INTERNATIONAL 2008-05-15 RFK assassination controversy Anchor Adrian Finighan in London Sirhan Sirhan's new lawyer, Manhattan defense attorney William F. Pepper, is pushing for a second trial for Sirhan, who was convicted in the murder of Senator Robert F. Kennedy. Pepper is expected to reveal new evidence that it was a second gunman at the Ambassador Hotel in Los Angeles - and not Sirhan - who actually shot Sen. Robert Kennedy on June 5, 1968. William Pepper says he is quite impressed with the new findings by forensic researchers Robert J. Joling and Philip Van Praag. Van Praag and Joling say a recently-discovered audio tape known as the Pruszynski recording shows there was indeed a second shooter in the hotel's kitchen pantry, where Senator Kennedy and five other persons were shot.
