From June 6-8 the G8-Summit will be held in Heiligendamm by Rostock, Germany. To invoke the G8-leaders of the promises they have made in 2005 and the need for them to do more in the fight against poverty, the "Global Call to Action Against Poverty" organization and AOL Deutschland present the P8(Poor 8)-Concert, "Stimmen gegen Armut" ("Your Voice Against Poverty"), on June 7, 2007. Just like Live 8 in 2005, numerous artists such as Herbert Grönemeyer, Bono, Fantastischen Vier, Seeed, Silbermond, Sportfreunde Stiller, 2Raumwohnung, Die Toten Hosen, Michael Mittermeier, Bob Geldof, and many more, will participate in the event. The live broadcast starts at 2 pm CEST.
