A recently institutionalized schizophrenic (Peter Greene) trying to get his daughter back from her adoptive family soon finds himself the subject of a murder investigation as he continues on his desperate quest to reunite with his child. At the mercy of the voices and images that swirl in his head, he may appear violent and dangerous, but it is he who lives in a world of terror.
