Jazz legend Ella Fitzgerald performs at Montreux in this 1969 concert video. The First Lady of Song is joined by pianist Tommy Flanagan, bassist Frank de la Rosa and drummer Ed Thigpen. Ella and friends perform a mix of 14 standards and contemporary classics, including "Trouble Is a Man," "That Old Black Magic," "Give Me the Simple Life" and a scat medley. The video features fully restored black-and-white footage and remixed audio.
