As the minister who saved his life lies dying, gambler Zeb Smith (Bill Elliott) promises he'll raise money to finish construction on his half-built church. But with donations sparse, Smith decides to earn the $5,000 reward money for capturing outlaw Doll Brown (Marie Windsor). Doll turns out to be one tough cookie, however, and apprehending the Western spitfire is no easy task for the determined Smith.
