Tirreno-Adriatico is a road bicycle race organized by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).,The race is held early in the year and follows a route between the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic coasts of Italy.

The 2010 Tirreno-Adriatico takes place March 10-16, 2010. Current champion is Michele Scarponi (ITA).
