Milano-Sanremo is a road bicycle race organized by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). The race is the longest one-day race with 298 km and follows a route Milan and San Remo, Italy.

The 2010 Milano-Sanremo takes place March 20, 2010. Current champion is Milan and San Remo.
