The Youth Olympic Games (YOG) is an international multi-sport event held every four years in staggered summer and winter events consistent with the current Olympic Games format. The young athletes are between the ages of 14 and 18 and disciplines include Aquatics (Diving), Aquatics (Swimming), Archery, Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Boxing, Canoeing, Cycling, Equestrian, Fencing, Field hockey, Football, Gymnastics(Artistic), Gymnastics (Rhythmic), Gymnastics (Trampoline), Handball, Judo, Modern Pentathlon, Rowing, Sailing, Shooting, Table tennis, Taekwondo, Tennis, Triathlon, Volleyball (Indoor), Weightlifting, Wrestling.
