(Pierce County WA - 7:09 PM Traffic Stop) Lakewood PD - Officer Joe Kolp has been there 6 years, 5 in Lakewood. He is in the reserves and went to Iraq for a year. He brought a flag with him and when he got back he gave it to the chief who hung it up. He spots guy who gave them a fake name last time, so they are getting him again.
