Members of the community organizations are told that the cameras are for a documentary film. Each day the Secret Millionaire is given a small allowance for food and personal expenses. Many of the Secret Millionaires find it hard to believe that people can actually survive off such little money and welfare. At the end of the week, they reveal their true identity and end up giving thousands of dollars to the organizations that they feel are most inspiring.
