Hal calls Emily and surprises her with the news that he has arranged for her to stay with Tom and Margo now that James has returned to town. Emily is reluctant, but Margo eventually convinces her to stay with them for a couple of days. At the hospital, Emily taunts Barbara that Hal cared enough to set up a safe place for her while James was in town and he didnt do anything for Barbara. Later, Hal wont listen when Margo suggests that Aaron is innocent and Will may be responsible for the fire. In court, Jessica stands up to Marshall and refuses to drop Pauls case. Bonnie asks Lucinda for any photo she might have of James and Lucinda agrees to help. Jessica makes Bonnie promise not to do any amateur sleuthing with James. In the hospital, John urges Carly to take the high road with Julia and be there as support for Jack. Carly admits that she is worried about how guilty Jack feels for Julias unspoiled mental state. Jack and the baby prepare for the paternity test. When the test is completed, Julia fakes another attack and switches Jacks blood samples with those of the babys actual father. Meanwhile, Molly and Mike see Rosanna lunching with Henry and Molly realizes that Rosanna must have hired Henry to break into her apartment. Molly confronts them, but Rosanna changes the topic to Carlys night before her wedding, which makes Mike blow up at her. Rosanna realizes that Mike was the person who Carly was with the night before her wedding.
