Jessica and Margo are forced to release James, per Marshalls orders. Isaac suspects that Jessica and Marshall had an affair and that Bonnie is lying to him about it. Later, Isaac insists to Bonnie that he will tell Ben if he discovers that Jessica has been unfaithful. Carly is sympathetic when Emily admits her fear that she is losing Hal. Afterwards, Margo gives Hals location to Emily, who vows to bring him home. Emily consoles Carly, who is struggling with her obligation to Jacks baby and her hatred for Julia. Margo informs Jack and Carly that Julia is on her way to Turkey. Jack suggests to Carly they tell Parker that the baby is here to stay and Carly gets physically ill. When Barbara finds out that Paul chose to protect her over being released from jail, she promises to help Paul by getting close to James. She is touched when Paul allows her to hug him. Despite Johns objections, Barbara plots to spend Thanksgiving with James. Lucy, Aaron and Alison make a rest stop on the way to Vanderbilt University. While Alison is out of the car, Aaron and Lucy take advantage of their rare moment alone.
