Hal turns down Emilys proposal, saying that he doesnt want her to marry him just to create a stable environment for Alison. Alison overhears their conversation and misunderstands. She heads out. Emily explains to Hal that she thinks that Alison is her second chance at getting her life right. Hal doesnt think that marriage is the answer and Emily leaves, hurt. Jack reveals to Carly that he beat Craig up. Carly is upset, which just makes Jack angrier and he breaks a lamp. Jack challenges her about why she keeps being drawn to Craig. Carly insists that they have both changed as results of what they have gone through, but they still love each other. They make love. Meanwhile, Craig asks Rosanna for help, but when he sees her packing her suitcase and she says that she wants to get as far from him as possible, he starts to leave. Unable to get far because of the pain he is in, Craig collapses, and Rosanna goes to him. He pulls her into a kiss and admits that he could fall in love with her. Rosanna admits to being vulnerable, but goes to Craig and they make love. At Java, Lisa complies to allow Brandy to work, but warns her that she will have Isaac fire her when he returns. She and Ben, who believes that Isaac is returning by himself, try to come up with a plan to cheer him up. They are unaware that Isaac and Bonnie are on their way to Oakdale together. Katie and Molly, both alone, sit together. Molly inadvertently causes Katie to worry about Simons safety, but breaks down when she overhears Katie on the phone with Simon telling him how much she misses him.
