Metacafe, an Israeli video-sharing site, features funny videos, Internet videos (memes) and viral ads as well as sports and news-related media. Some of the other features on the site include flash games and sound clips. MetaCafe is a relatively unrestricted site to upload onto, it does not follow as many regulations as websites such as Google Video and allows a wide range of material, and a new community-ruled rating system, that filters the best videos out of the thousands uploaded every day.
