VH1 joins Princes William and Harry in commemorating the life of their mother, the late Diana, Princess of Wales, with the "Concert for Diana," broadcast live from Wembley Stadium on her birthday Sunday, July 1, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. EDT and 8:00 a.m. PDT.

Music fans will be able to enjoy the concert across a variety of VH1 platforms. The 6-hour concert will be broadcast live in its entirety on VH1, be streamed live on VH1.com and be simulcast on MHD: Music High-Definition, MTV Network's high-definition music channel. The concert will also air on VH1 Classic starting one hour after the live concert ends. In addition to the live online stream, the concert will be available for on-demand viewing at VH1.com following the event.

Elton John, Duran Duran, Bryan Ferry, Lily Allen, Kanye West, Rod Stewart, Natasha Bedingfield, The Feeling, James Morrison, Orson and Status Quo, The English National Ballet, Joss Stone and Andrew Lloyd Webber are among the artists who have been personally invited by Prince William and Prince Harry to perform at the concert. Nelly Furtado, P. Diddy, Tom Jones, Take That, Will Young and the legendary voice of Supertramp Roger Hodgson have just been added to the growing line-up. VH1's Aamer Haleem will bring the day's performers to you from behind the scenes along with a special guest host.

Both Princes are organizing the concert and chairing an Advisory Board made up of leading figures from the worlds of media, entertainment and leisure.

"Though we both (Harry and I) wanted to put our stamp on this concert, we also wanted it to represent exactly what our mother would have wanted," said Prince William. "We want to have a big concert full of energy, full of the sort of fun and happiness she enjoyed. And on her birthday as well, it's got to be the best birthday present she ever had."

Proceeds from this international music and entertainment event will go to a number of charities that were supported by The Princess during her life, and two of the Prince's own charities -- Centerpoint and Sentebale. Diana's charities, which will benefit from the concert, are part of The Diana Memorial Fund, which was set up in her memory and five charities of which she was patron at the time of her death -- The Royal Marsden Hospital, The National Aids Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Leprosy Mission, and The English National Ballet.

Will Ferrell and his 2 year-old co-star Pearl from FunnyorDie.com's award-winning video "The Landlord," will reunite once again in "Good Cop, Baby Cop," an exclusive new video premiering Monday, June 25 at (8:00 PM) on Funny or Die, the funniest place on the web. In the video, Ferrell portrays "Angel," a hard-nosed criminal who refuses to cooperate with the police, leaving them no choice but to call in their toughest lieutenant -- a baby cop, known in the precinct as "The Confession Machine."

Funny or Die is a new video website that launched in April of 2007 and is already one of the most visited comedy sites on the web. A key ingredient of the site's success is its focus on a new genre of content: the raw and experimental look and feel of user-generated video, turbocharged with celebrity talent. "The Landlord," a video featuring Funny or Die founders Will Ferrell and Adam McKay has been viewed over 35 million times.

"Good Cop, Baby Cop" marks Pearl's farewell performance. The 2 year-old, who rose to stardom following "The Landlord's" debut on Funny or Die this past April, is retiring.

"My ventures as an actor on the internet have been rewarding and spiritually fulfilling, but now I must look to broader challenges as I approach my 26th month," says Pearl. "I shall always reflect upon these days with much fondness, and also, I have no idea what I just said, and I want banana-nana and the upside down show."

The full 4 minute 3 second video "Good Cop Baby Cop" can only be seen at Funny or Die.

"Online video, whether live or on-demand, is expanding immensely, and it has become increasingly difficult for viewers to locate the content they want to watch online. "With our live Internet TV Listings, users now have the ability to visit one central destination for complete and updated lineup of live online content."

Find Internet TV's program grid provides a high quality user experience through an easy-to-navigate, feature-rich format. Users have the ability to jump hour-by-hour through the grid or to specific dates and times. In addition, users can save their favorite Internet TV channels for easy access.

The Find Internet TV Listings includes sites broadcasting from all over the world, in different languages, and in different time zones. To provide the best end-user experience, the site automatically adjusts all program runtimes to match the viewer's time zone.

We have witnessed it through our directory and search engine when live events take place. This first-of-its-kind live Internet TV Listings is a win-win solution for both viewers and content providers," said Birgit Schelzel, Marketing Manager for Find Internet TV.

Content providers will benefit from the Listings through increased visibility of their live programming and a clear representation of their offering throughout the day.
